Responsibilities

• Perform Nursing Aide procedures as directed by Charge Nurse.
• Conduct resident rounds with oncoming/outgoing shift.
• Identify resident problems and report to a licensed nurse.
• Complete assignments timely and accurately within the shift.
• Deliver direct care and assist with meals and activities per care plan.
• Observe infection control procedures.
• Record care provided accurately in resident records.
