Kruse Way Post Acute in Lake Oswego, OR is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN shifts across day, evening, and night. The role requires willingness to pickup across all shifts with a minimum of two pickups per month.

Pay ranges from $24.80 to $30.80 per hour, with $1/hour evening shift differential and $1.50/hour night differential. A CNA Oregon certification and CPR are required, along with a HS diploma or equivalent.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Oregon CNA certification required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Six months LTC experience preferred.
• Point Click Care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Respond to nurse calls and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, incontinence care, and personal hygiene.
• Help residents with eating and mobility including transfers and positioning.
• Take vitals and document ADLs, resident care, and device usage as directed.
• Attend interdisciplinary care meetings and support individual care plans.
