Job summary

Kruse Way Post Acute in Lake Oswego, OR is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide basic nursing assistance and help residents with daily living activities. The role includes 6AM–2PM shifts Fri–Sun, with pay of $22.49–$30.11 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials for evening, night, and extra shifts.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, documentation, and supporting care plans within a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CNA in Oregon required; CPR certificate required.
• Six months long-term-care experience preferred.
• Point Click Care experience preferred.
• Background check per state requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal cares.
• Take and record vital signs and document ADLs.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
• Attend meetings and contribute to care plans as needed.
• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance for shifts.
