Kruse Way Post Acute in Lake Oswego, OR is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time day shifts Friday to Sunday, 6AM–2PM. The role offers pay ranging from $22.49 to $30.11 per hour based on experience and includes shift differentials for evening, night, and picked-up extra shifts.

You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, assist with mobility, and document care while collaborating with the care team to deliver person-centered rehabilitation and

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Oregon CNA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Six months experience in long-term care preferred.
• Point Click Care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Answers nurse call system to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with eating.
• Assists residents with ROM exercises and movement to/from wheelchair.
• Assists resident with turning/positioning in bed and ambulation as indicated.
• Takes and records vitals and intake/output.
• Documents ADLs and care provided.
• Attends interdisciplinary meetings as needed and contributes to care plans.
