Southampton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a PRN CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a 196-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, maintain safety, and support licensed staff to ensure consistent quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
