Job summary

Tri-State Nursing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for PRN and per-diem positions. Earn $19–$24 per hour with flexible scheduling, weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts available, and mileage reimbursement may apply. New CNAs are welcome to apply!

You will assist residents with daily living activities, document vital signs, and work closely with nursing staff in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active South Dakota CNA certification.
• Current TB test and physical.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and compassionate.
• Experience is not required — new CNAs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate and respectful resident care.
• Take and document vital signs as required.
• Respond to resident needs and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Follow facility policies and care plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
