Chelsea Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a warm, home-like setting. Join a 84-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility where dignity and comfort guide every resident interaction.

Position offers Daily Pay, competitive hourly wages, and benefits. Must hold an active CNA license in Virginia and BLS/CPR certification. Employment is on-site with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet physical and emotional needs.
• Observe changes and report to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support caregiving team in delivering resident-centered care.
