Job summary

Southampton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. You will support daily living activities, assist with mobility, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment in a 196-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
