Job summary

Live Oak Nursing and Rehabilitation Center – George West, TX is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The role requires a valid CNA license and is suitable for individuals at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties and responsibilities per resident care policy and procedure.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions to care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms and changes to Charge Nurse.
