Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care tasks (bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility).
• Carry out duties per resident care policy and procedure.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of resident conditions to care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes to Charge Nurse.
