Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Performs routine and some non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff, including bathing, dressing, hygiene, transfers, mobility, toileting, meals, and safety.
• Measures and documents vital signs and weights; records information for the patient plan of care.
