Job summary

Avera St. Luke's at Eureka Health Care Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide direct, personal care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. You will meet daily physical, medical, social, and spiritual needs to help residents maintain and improve independence.

The position is PRN with Day/Evening/Weekend/Holiday shifts. The pay range is $19.75–$26.00 per hour, and pay depends on experience.

Qualifications

• CNA license required within 120 days.
• HS diploma or GED preferred; related experience or training considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform routine and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, transfers, and ambulation.
• Record vital signs and document care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
