Bedford Care Centers seeks a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct care for long-term care residents, focusing on activities of daily living to support residents’ well-being, comfort, and safety.

The role involves assisting with admits/transfers/discharges, coordinating with nursing and other departments, and responding promptly to call lights while recognizing resident cues and maintaining compassionate communication.

Formación

• Must have and maintain current Nurse Aide Certification in good standing with MS Department of Health, Division of Licensure and Certification
• IND123

Responsabilidades

• Provides care and explanation to the Residents according to the Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) Care Plan
• Assists with new admits, transfers and discharges
• Communicates with Nursing Department co-workers and other Departments to meet needs of Residents
• Answers Residents’ Call Lights promptly
• Recognizes and responds to verbal and non-verbal communication from Residents
