Job summary

The Gardens at Orangeville in Orangeville, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility on a PRN basis. The CNA will coordinate delivery of care, monitor outcomes, and provide direct nursing care under the guidance of the charge nurse.

Pay rate is $23.00 per hour. Preferred candidates hold an active CNA certification and have completed a state-approved training program. PRN shifts available across various days and times.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
• Completed state-approved CNA training program
• Documentation of certification required at application
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per the care plan under supervision
• Care for residents with dementia, neurological needs, dialysis and wound care as applicable
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene and grooming
• Ensure residents are out of bed per the care plan
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care
