Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate CNAs and CHHAs to join our PRN caregiver team across Oklahoma, including Enid, Duncan, Oklahoma City and Tulsa. This is an as-needed role with flexible hours and weekly pay, focused on providing safe, personalized non-medical care in clients' homes.

Join a supportive team with paid orientation and training, and opportunities for ongoing assignments as client needs grow. Must hold Oklahoma CNA or CHHA certification and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma CNA or CHHA certification required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Dependable, compassionate attitude.
• Strong communication and scheduling responsiveness.
• Ability to work independently in a client's home.
• Willingness to accept occasional assignments.
• Complete required orientation and background checks.
• Home care or caregiving experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care for seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders and errands as authorized.
• Observe changes and report to supervisor; complete documentation.

What You'll Do

As a PRN CNA/Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, personalized, non-medical care to seniors and adults in their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Supporting mobility, walking, transfers, and fall prevention
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating when needed
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with errands and transportation when authorized
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition
• Following individualized care plans and completing required documentation
• Providing dependable coverage for available client assignments

What We're Looking For

• Current Oklahoma CNA or CHHA certification required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness to scheduling requests
• Ability to work independently in a client's home
• Willingness to accept occasional assignments based on availability
• Ability to complete required orientation, training, background checks, and screenings
• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred

PRN Scheduling – How It Works

This position is ideal for caregivers seeking occasional or supplemental work rather than a guaranteed weekly schedule.

As part of our PRN caregiver team:

• You'll provide your availability and preferred service area.
• Our scheduling team may contact you when shifts become available.
• Assignments may include short-notice coverage, new client starts, weekend shifts, or ongoing care opportunities.
• You can communicate your availability for offered assignments.
• Hours and shift frequency will vary based on client needs.

Important: PRN positions do not guarantee a minimum number of hours or a consistent weekly schedule.
