Job summary

Taylor Glen Community is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team on PRN status. Provide compassionate care in a one‑on‑one setting and support residents with daily living activities, meals, and mobility.

Responsibilities include hygiene, medication assistance, and safe mobility. The role requires a CNA program completion, reliability, and availability for day or night shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of healthcare, hospitality, or in‑home care experience.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Completion of a CNA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly or post‑op patients.
• Help clients take prescribed medication and assist with ambulation.
• Assist with mobility for appointments and activities.
• Assist with personal care, meals, and basic therapy exercises.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to do so.
• Perform housekeeping duties and report any incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Offer daily living activities and meal assistance as needed.

Do you have a passion for healthcare and want to make a difference in someone’s life? Taylor Glen Community is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on PRN status. We are looking for someone who will uphold our core values of providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating
• Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises
• Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
• Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Offer activities that areessential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in‑home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards

• Experience as a CNA preferred
• Take pride in providing high quality care
• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)

Schedule:

• 12 hour shifts
• Relief Status
• Day shift (7am-7pm) and Night Shift (7pm-7am) available
• Weekend availability
