Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene and meal support.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse and per state scope.
• Record and communicate changes in resident condition and care needs to the charge nurse.
• Support housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain clean, safe living spaces.
• Engage residents in wellness and recreational activities and encourage participation.
