Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist for a per diem role at Onsite Central Park. You will deliver high-quality behavioral health services, including individual, group, and family therapy, and develop treatment plans tailored to adults and adolescents.

The role supports licensure progression with free clinical supervision hours. The position requires a master’s degree in a related field and independent state licensure; Colorado licensure is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Active independent state licensure in the state applicable (Colorado preferred).
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments with appropriate thoroughness and scoring.
