Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist for our Cherry Creek, Denver location. This onsite, fulltime role supports adults and adolescents, with licensure in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and supervision opportunities to advance toward licensure.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapies, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
• Must be independently licensed in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and eligible for supervision roles.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral health care to adults and adolescents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maintain case cohesion.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within set timeframes and with proper scoring.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and treatment options.
