Job summary

TriCore Reference Laboratories seeks a Clinical Lab Assistant - PRN to support Woodward/Microbiology with independence and accuracy. The position offers apprenticeship potential for those without full experience and requires in-person attendance during scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• PBT (ASCP) certification preferred.
• Completion of a relevant Clinical Lab Assistant program is preferred.
• Immunization and health requirements as specified.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties across identified modalities with minimal supervision.
• Maintain supplies, execute clerical tasks, and ensure patient care quality.
• Assist in and support on-call coverage and holiday/weekend coverage as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with clients, patients, and staff.
