Responsibilities

• Implement care plans as directed.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Perform narcotic reconciliation with shifts.
• Discharge residents per facility policy.
• Communicate with resident's contact for status updates.
• Complete Nursing Assessments prior to physician calls.
• Supervise aides.
