Responsibilities

• Organizes and conducts religious services for patients, families and staff.
• Provides counseling and spiritual education to employees, students, and patients.
• Supports end-of-life care with pastoral support and counseling.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, social workers and other staff as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Documents and maintains records of pastoral counseling.
