• Less than 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, promotes, and conducts religious services for patients, families, and staff.
• Performs pastoral assessment of patients and provides spiritual and emotional care.
• Provides counseling to patients, families, and staff as needed.
• Facilitates end-of-life care discussions and bereavement support.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other staff to assess patient needs.
