Responsibilities

• Organizes, promotes, and conducts religious services for patients, families, and staff.
• Conducts pastoral assessment of patients for spiritual and emotional care.
• Provides counseling support for patients, families, and employees.
• Facilitates end-of-life care planning and conversations with patients and families.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, social workers, and staff to assess needs and improve care.
• Documents spiritual counseling and maintains care records.
