Job summary

Lincoln Surgery Center in Parker, Colorado, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Certified Surgical Tech PRN to support operating room teams under RN supervision. The role involves direct patient care, scrubbing for surgery, and assisting the surgeon across procedures, including turnover between cases.

PRN schedule and competitive benefits are offered. Qualified candidates have an accredited Surgical Technology program, Surgical Tech Certification, CO registration, 1 year OR experience, and BCLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (required by facility/state).
• Surgical Tech Certification and Colorado registration required.
• 1 year operating room experience preferred (ambulatory setting ideal).

Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist the surgeon at the operative field.
• Prepare the operative suite by gathering supplies and instruments.
• Maintain surgical asepsis in handling instruments, sponges, sutures, drains and dressings.
• Assist in turnover of OR suites between cases and manage room setup.
• Prepare procedure room for next day and communicate needs to supervisor.
