Job summary

Community Skilled Health Care Centre in Warren, OH is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in regaining independence and improving quality of life under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

You will implement therapy plans, document progress, and collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to deliver resident-centered care in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current COTA license/certification.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

The COTA will provide skilled occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist while helping residents achieve their functional goals.
