Nexus at Geneva is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support licensed OTs in delivering rehabilitation services to residents. The role emphasizes promoting independence, safety, and daily living activities through personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current treatment practices and therapy interventions.
• Familiarity with PCC or similar electronic documentation systems preferred.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload while demonstrating professionalism and adaptability.

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Position Overview:

Works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative services that help residents improve or maintain their ability to perform daily living activities. The COTA implements individualized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
