Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role at Madeira Healthcare Center in Madeira, OH. The COTA will join an in-house rehab team and provide therapy services to residents.

The position involves implementing treatment plans, collaborating with the OT, staff, and families, and ensuring proper documentation. Flexible scheduling and location options support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• COTA education completed in an accredited two-year program.
• Valid State COTA license or pending licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to improve quality of life by compensating for limitations.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of an OT, and educate staff and family.
• Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with rehab department policies.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents across locations.
