Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team in Texas. You will provide rehabilitative, skilled therapy under supervision, applying evidence-based interventions to support patient recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in Texas.
• Experience level: all levels considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Assesses and documents patient's progress and communicates with supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Provides input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
