Unity-Hospice in De Pere, WI is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant for PM/NOC shifts at the Meng Residence. The CNA provides delegated patient care under the supervision of a Unity RN, assisting with activities of daily living and comfort measures.

Responsibilities

PRN Certified Nursing Assistant - PM/NOC Shift at our Meng Residence in De Pere

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides services and procedures that are delegated, assigned, and supervised by a Unity RN. These services and procedures are based on the RN's comprehensive assessment of the patient’s personal care needs and are documented in the Activities of Daily Living Plan of Care.

Schedule:

This PRN Pool 1 opportunity requires a minimum commitment of 16 hours per month with shifts that are 6:00 pm - 6:30 am. There is no regular weekend or holiday rotation; however, flexibility to pick up shifts that fall on weekends or holidays is expected. Cross-training to the community may be required, and candidates should be willing to work day, PM, and night shifts as needed.

Minimum Qualifications & Certification/Licensure:

1. Completion of a certified nursing assistant program
2. Must be listed on the Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry and be eligible to work at state and federally certified facilities
3. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides services and procedures that are delegated, assigned and supervised by a Unity RN. 17. Shares in providing 24-hour, seven day-a-week coverage
