The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, hands‑on care to patients under the direction and supervision of a Unity Registered Nurse (RN). All care is based on the RN’s comprehensive patient assessment and is delivered according to the patient’s individualized Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Plan of Care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
This role covers Sturgeon Bay Territory but may travel outside the territory at times.
This full‑time position is scheduled for 36 hours per week, working four days per week from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Weekend commitment is a minimum of every third weekend, though the current rotation averages closer to every eighth weekend. The role also includes participation in an on‑call rotation of approximately 10–15 shifts per year and working 1–2 holidays annually.
