Job summary

Waneka Park Assisted Living in Colorado is seeking a dedicated PRN Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and comfort, under the guidance of our Health & Wellness Director. You will help ensure residents’ dignity and well-being while contributing to their care plan.

You will assist with activities of daily living, respond to call lights, monitor resident conditions, and maintain infection control standards. This role emphasizes teamwork and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and dressing.
• Support residents with stand-by assist transfers.
• Provide quality personal hygiene care to residents.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing supervisor.
• Apply infection control principles consistently during all care activities.
