Job summary

Retirement Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a compassionate PRN Caregiver to join our resort-style senior living community.

In this role, you will provide hands-on care and companionship to residents, helping with daily activities and ensuring they feel safe and valued every day. You will observe changes, report them to care plans, and encourage participation in social programs while maintaining a dignified living environment and working closely with the care team to deliver high-quality,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA or Medication Aide certification is a plus but not required.
• Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living according to care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to update care plans.
• Encourage participation in community programs and social events.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment.
