Job summary

HCA Healthcare's Methodist Hospital Northeast seeks a PRN Echo Technician to perform comprehensive echocardiograms and related studies under the Non-Invasive Cardiology team. The role requires registry eligibility (RDCS/RDMS-FE or RCS) and adherence to hospital standards for imaging, documentation, and safety.

Responsibilities include TEEs, carotid imaging, tilt-table support, and collaboration with cardiology physicians and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Registry eligibility for RDCS/RDMS-FE or RCS per ARDMS/CCI requirements

Responsibilities

• Performs adult/pediatric echocardiograms including 2-D, M-mode, Doppler
• Assists with TEEs and carotid imaging per cardiology protocols
• Maintains patient safety, consent, and communication with care team
• Performs high-level disinfection and equipment maintenance
• Takes call as scheduled and supports PACS/image archive duties
