Job summary

Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Echo Technician to perform diagnostic echocardiograms and non-invasive cardiac testing. The role includes ensuring accurate reports and assisting the medical team in interpretation of results.

The ideal candidate has formal training in cardiac sonography and preferably registered as a Diagnostic Sonographer, with capable clinical skills for patient education and safety. Per-diem/PRN schedule offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Successful completion of a formal training program in diagnostic cardiac sonography.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Certificate preferred.
• 2 years of recent cardiac sonography experience or comparable training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms to provide accurate diagnostic images for physicians.
• Conduct non-invasive cardiac tests such as stress tests and electrocardiograms.
