Job summary

Cognito LLC, a Planned Systems International joint venture, seeks a PRN Behavioral Health Technician to support IHSC at the Montgomery Processing Center in Conroe, TX. The role involves mental health screenings, patient care management, and facilitating psycho-educational groups as part of an integrated care team.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in a behavioral science, two years of mental health experience, and current BLS/CPR certification; Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health screenings and patient care management.
• Facilitate basic psycho-educational groups and individual education.
• Coordinate follow-up care and document in eHR under the direction of the Behavioral Health Provider.
• Assist in crisis management and maintain patient safety and engagement.
