Job summary

Independence Home Health LLC in Columbus, IN is seeking compassionate PRN CNAs to support patients at home. You will perform personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, following individualized care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) credentials in the state of Indiana
• Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or a similar patient care setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a home environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to quality care
• Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed
