Job summary

Independence Home Health LLC in Columbus, IN is seeking compassionate PRN CNAs to support patients at home. You will perform personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, following individualized care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications

Current CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) credentials in Indiana.
Previous experience in home health or similar setting preferred.
Strong communication and ability to work independently in a home environment.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
Monitor and document health status and report changes to supervising clinical staff.
Support patients with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
Deliver companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols.
