Job summary

Independence Home Health LLC is seeking a compassionate Aide/CNA to join our caring team in Bloomington, IN. You will provide essential, hands-on care in patients' homes, supporting daily activities and comfort.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, monitoring health status, meal support, light housekeeping, and companionship. Current CNA/HHA certification preferred; valid driver's license required; CPR/First Aid a plus.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or HHA certification preferred.
• Experience in home health, long‑term care, or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of patient care, safety procedures, and infection control.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license to travel to patient homes.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑centered demeanor.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a home environment.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
