Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CNA certification or enrollment in a healthcare program preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required based on location and CPR training within six months.
• Must be medically qualified to perform essential driving functions per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful activities for residents solo or in groups and manage the activity calendar.
• Assist with simple nursing procedures, transport residents, and support MDS/EPIC documentation.
• Demonstrate leadership to motivate staff and adapt to behavioral and diagnostic needs.
