Job summary

You will administer the monthly activity calendar, lead group and one-on-one sessions, and collaborate with care staff to ensure activities support residents' dignity and identity. Weekend rotation applies; prior CNA preferred; CPR/BLS training within six months may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in social services or creative activities preferred.
• BLS/CPR training may be required within six months depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer the monthly activity calendar.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities for residents.
• Assist with transporting residents and document care activities.
• Collaborate with care staff to maintain dignity and identity of residents.
