Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or law required.
• CPA or JD required.
• Experience as a leader in a public accounting firm in the Tax space.
• 10+ years’ experience in tax planning and consulting for wealthy individuals and private businesses.
• 6+ years supervisory experience and mentoring associates.
• Ability to lead, supervise and maintain high-quality client service with ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Review complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates and related entities.
• Manage engagements, staffing, billing and profitability.
• Develop client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Support staff development and a culture of learning and quality.
