Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a High Net Worth Tax Principal to lead tax planning and consulting for wealthy individuals and family offices. You will mentor staff, drive client engagement profitability, and grow the private wealth practice.

You will work closely with firm leadership, delivering strategic income, estate, gift, and international tax services while pursuing an ownership experience with entrepreneurial partners.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or law required.
• CPA or JD required.
• Experience as a leader in a public accounting firm in the Tax space.
• 10+ years’ experience in tax planning and consulting for wealthy individuals and family offices.
• 6+ years supervisory experience mentoring associates.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and deliver high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance and consulting for high-net-worth individuals, families, and private businesses.
• Manage staffing, billings/collections, and profitability targets.
• Develop new client relationships and revenue through networking and business development.
