Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in accounting or law required.
CPA or JD required; active license preferred.
10+ years of tax planning and consulting experience for wealthy individuals, family offices and private businesses.

Responsibilities

Lead compliance and consulting for high-net-worth individuals, families, and private entities.
Manage multi-engagements, ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Provide proactive tax planning across federal, estate, gift, and generation-skipping taxes.
Advise on business succession planning and family office strategy.
Mentor and develop junior staff and foster knowledge sharing.
Develop internal and external networks to acquire new clients and opportunities.
