Baker Tilly is seeking a High Net Worth Tax Principal to lead the private wealth tax practice in the US. You will guide complex returns for wealthy individuals, families, and their entities, while mentoring staff and growing client relationships.

You will work with firm leadership to deliver strategic planning, build new business, and maintain the highest client service standards in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or law required.
• CPA or JD required.
• 10+ years of tax planning and consulting experience for wealthy individuals.
• 6+ years of supervisory experience mentoring associates.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Oversee multiple engagements with proactive tax planning and strategy.
• Advise on business succession and charitable planning.
• Stay current on tax developments and apply to complex cases.
• Manage staffing, billing and profitability targets.
