Job summary

The Carlyle Group is hiring an Analyst Product Specialist within AlpInvest’s Client Solutions Group in New York. You will support Private Wealth strategies, coordinate investor requests, and work with Senior Product Specialists to drive strategic initiatives across AlpInvest’s platforms.

You’ll draft materials, manage diligence processes, and maintain investor data rooms while collaborating with Carlyle’s global sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Series 7 and 63 preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, business development, private markets, or asset management.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks under deadline.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onsite and virtual investor meetings and conferences.
• Draft and position marketing materials for AlpInvest funds and new product initiatives.
• Support due diligence materials and legal documentation.
• Coordinate presentations to Firm leadership and respond to investor requests.
• Maintain data room materials, investor pipelines, and diligence trackers in CRM.
