Job summary

The Carlyle Group is seeking an Analyst as a Product Specialist within Global Credit Investor Relations in New York. You will support fundraising, draft marketing and due diligence materials, and respond to investor requests while coordinating with investment teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in IR or related fields, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of private credit and CRM tools is a plus. Base salary targets NYC market levels with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in investor relations or related field.
• Experience with private credit fundraising and capital markets is a plus.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and ability to learn reporting systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising materials drafting and due diligence documents.
• Handle investor requests and maintain data room materials.
• Coordinate investor meetings and roadshows with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain investor pipelines and diligence trackers.
• Produce talking points and marketing materials for funds.
