Job summary

The Carlyle Group in New York seeks an Analyst Product Specialist within AlpInvest’s Client Solutions Group to support Private Wealth strategies and fundraising across institutional and private wealth channels. You will build expertise in AlpInvest’s products and coordinate responses to investor requests with senior sales leaders.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years’ experience, and strong MS Office skills; Series 7/63 are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Series 7 and 63 preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems such as DealCloud is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and participate in investor meetings and conferences (onsite and virtual).
• Draft and position marketing materials for AlpInvest funds and new products.
• Support development of due diligence materials and legal documentation.
• Assist segment leadership with new product initiatives and presentations to Firm leadership.
• Coordinate with Senior Product Specialists to respond to investor requests and maintain data rooms and investor pipelines.
