Job summary

The Carlyle Group is seeking an Analyst as a Product Specialist within the Global Credit Investor Relations team in New York. You will support Senior Credit Product Specialists by handling fundraising processes and responding to investor requests, with interactions with LPs and prospective investors.

Key activities include drafting marketing materials, due diligence packages, maintaining data rooms and investor pipelines, coordinating roadshows, and preparing presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Series 7 and 63 preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Investor relations or business development in private credit preferred; investment banking/capital markets/asset management experience valued.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and credit strategies.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn systems used to respond to investor requests.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising support with drafting marketing materials for private credit funds.
• Development of due diligence materials and legal documentation.
• Support ongoing and ad‑hoc investor requests and data room maintenance.
• Maintain investor pipelines and diligence trackers; liaison with Fund Management.
• Coordinate roadshows with Credit Sales and prepare meeting materials.
• Develop presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
