Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience.
• FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 63) not required but encouraged.
• Ability to leverage AI to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Market Team to support sales initiatives and investor service requests.
• Facilitate escalated operational requests for investor accounts (account updates, rep changes, capital call notices, investor portal log in requests, tax documents, business processing redemption requests).
• Liaison between operations and sales for a best-in-class client experience.
• Develop operational expertise across the selling syndicate to assist Financial Advisors with white glove service.
• Become a knowledgeable resource on private market strategies and products in the alternatives industry.
• Coordinate investor information to help sales teams maximize product impact.
• Generate ad hoc reports for sales team.
• Maintain data integrity in CRM database.
